Mitigated: Mypaymentvault Login & Transfer to Debit Disruption

We had a recent service disruption that affected a small subset of users on Friday August 22nd 2025. The issue involved intermittent failures in Mypaymentvault login and Transfer to Debit transactions following token redemption.

• A temporary mitigation was implemented on August 23rd 2025 to address login disruptions.
• A permanent resolution is currently undergoing quality assurance and is scheduled for deployment on August 27th 2025.
• The root cause was identified as a token-related system error.
• We are actively working in partnership with our third-party provider to investigate and resolve the exceptions affecting Transfer to Debit transactions.
