Earlier today, we received reports of card declines at merchants which may have impacted some recipient’s ability to make purchases. This was due to a global system issue at our vendor processor side. The issue has now been resolved, and recipients should be able to use their cards for purchase at any merchants without any problems. We will continue to monitor and share additional updates if needed.
