Microsoft has confirmed that the earlier outage affecting Power BI and Microsoft Fabric services has been resolved. Client Portal reports are fully operational, and we have not observed any ongoing impact to Onbe resources.
Onbe team will continue to monitor for stability, but no further disruption is expected.

While Microsoft has not yet officially declared the outage resolved and continues to post updates, our Client Portal reports have been functioning normally for the past hour.
At this time, we are not observing any significant impact to our reporting and dashboards. We will continue to monitor Microsoft’s status updates and confirm full resolution once the incident is officially closed on their end.

We are currently experiencing a Microsoft service outage which is impacting several resources Onbe rely on. Our customers may have trouble viewing reports through the Client Portal, encountering errors such as HTTP 5xx, flow failures, and unresponsive apps or dashboards.
Microsoft is investigating the infrastructure responsible for user access to these services to identify the issue.
We will keep you updated as more information becomes available or when the issue is resolved.
