The Microsoft Fabric incident impacting reporting in our client portal has been fully resolved by Microsoft as of 1:00 PM ET. Onbe technology team has completed validations, and no further intermittent issues have been observed. Clients should now be able to access reports through the client portal as expected. Thank you for your patience while this issue was being addressed. This incident is resolved.
Microsoft has implemented a global fix for the Microsoft Fabric incident impacting reporting in the client portal and is currently monitoring platform stability. Clients may still experience intermittent issues while accessing reports through the client portal. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will share a final update once the issue is fully resolved. Alternative methods to access reports remain available.
