Snowflake Vendor Incident – Informational Notice

Service health has returned to normal following recovery actions, and telemetry indicates normal operation.
We are continuing to monitor closely and coordinate with our cloud provider while the underlying infrastructure issue is addressed. Another update will be provided within 60 minutes, if needed.
We are monitoring a Snowflake vendor incident currently under investigation affecting Azure East US 2 and Snowsight access.
At this time, there is no known client impact. The Onbe team is reviewing morning process completion and validating that there is no impact to Onbe reporting related to this event. Internal users accessing Snowflake directly or through Power BI may see inconsistent activity while the vendor investigation continues.
We will continue to monitor and share updates as needed.
